One Man Scramble

The One Man Scramble is the fastest growing golf tournament in California! Golfers from the NCGA will compete in four different divisions. Each division has seven flights, representing all calibers of golfers. Local qualifiers will be held by golf courses and clubs to advance their players to the sectional championships, where the top finishers will advance to the Northern California championships to be held in August and September.

The One Man Scramble is an exciting new format that gives golfers a chance to correct their mistakes during tournament competition. During each round of golf every golfer has faced one or more shots that they wished they could hit over again, or in golf vernacular "take a mulligan." The One Man Scramble allows golfers to hit a mulligan on every shot if they wish. This format will generate extremely low scores and the pressure will be on each competitor to "go low" just to have a chance to be a winner.

Proceeds from the One Man Scramble benefit the NCGA Foundation.
